Stef "Leilani" Douthit

Stef is a certified Massage Therapist.  She graduated from Alternatives for Health Massage School in 2001.  She also specializes in Sound Circles Sound Healing, Sacred Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Lomi Lomi training and teacher training, Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader, Ace Cupping Massage Level 1, Medicupping Level 2, and she's an Access Bars Practitioner.  

Stef's intention is to help people on all levels including mind, body and spirit. Her love of everything she practices is seen and felt in her work.  

Outside of work she enjoys reading and composing poetry. Sound is a big part of her life as she loves to play, write and listen to all types of music. To help relax and stay healthy she practices Tai Chi, Meditation and receives massages as often as she can.

Stef loves the connections and friendships she builds through her practice.  She will help bring peace and relaxation into your life.
