We require prepayment for new clients, and for all online bookings.
We understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life however out of consideration for our therapists’ time and our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients we have adopted the following policies:
Cancelations, Rescheduling and No-show Appointments
We require a minimum of 24 hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. (Couples Massage, Appointments with Multiple Services and Group Bookings see below.) If the appointment is canceled without proper notice, you will be charged for the FULL price of the service. Future appointments will be denied until payment is made and all future services will require prepayment. Late Arrivals
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late for your appointment it may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start an appointment. Regardless of the length of time the appointment is, you will be responsible for the full appointment.
Couples massages must be paid one week in advance. The payment is nonrefundable however, the appointments are transferable to another date if requested at least 48 hours in advance. If prepayment is not received, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Clients with two or more services must be paid one week in advance. The payment is refundable if requested at least 48 hours in advance. If prepayment is not received, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
